Program Assistant, Hubert-Yeargan Center for Global Health

Carlee Reimer recently joined the staff of the Hubert-Yeargan Center for Global Health as Program Assistant, having just completed a move to Raleigh from Northern Kentucky. She brings with her a diverse but strong working knowledge of both the emergency room and business accounting. As Program Assistant, Carlee provides necessary office and technical support to the other members of the HYC team.

Raising three boys has reaffirmed to Carlee how important health care is in today’s society. She has examined the differences in US access to and quality of care in comparison to much of the remaining world. She is committed to the notation that health care is a right and is excited to support a team of Global Health leaders who are committed to lessening the gap between health care inequalities.
